Once we called for an appointment he came to our home in a short period of time and answered all of our questions and concerns.

I have been dealing with Jack Of All Trades (AKA Chris Behrend) since I met him at the Buffalo Home Show several years ago. We spoke at length, with him explaining his views on computer usage and problem solving. What really hooked me was the fact that he would actually come to me, instead of the other way around. He helped me a few times with small problems that were beyond my ability to fix, and he recently built me an entirely new computer, that I absolutely love.
